Guaranteed Approval Programs is actively seeking licensed, local real estate agents and mortgage professionals to become a part of our Approved Service Provider Network.

We can provide owner assisted financing to clients that may not have qualified for traditional loans. In turn, we use the services of lenders and brokers as part of our initial qualification process. In addition, we can refer business back to you when we have clients in your area who do qualify and choose conventional or government loan financing.

We may be able to help you close deals for clients that have been unable to get financing through traditional routes. We offer personalized training to explain our Program in detail to you.

We can be a referral source for you as well! Once an Approved Participant has been approved for one of our Programs, we refer them to local Realtors to coordinate the criteria and showings of the homes they would like to view. We assist you with any necessary paperwork when needed and you will be paid full commission on the appraised value sale price of the home.
